- If we have sent you the wrong merchandise, or the article arrived damaged, you
may return it within ten (10) calendar days (via UPS Ground or USPS Priority) for a full
credit exchange at our expense. That is, we will issue (your choice of) a refund
or credit to your account for the amount of return shipping you have paid, and we will
ship the correct replacement article to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
- If you decide that you don't really like the merchandise (can it be possible?),
you may return it within ten (10) calendar days, at your expense, for exchange,
credit, or refund. That is, you must pay the cost of shipping it back to us. Returned
articles must be in new, unused, undamaged and unwashed condition.

before returning any merchandise.
